Usually, the basic theme of every social organization is the same. Social organizations teach how to respect everyone’s opinion, fulfill responsibilities, develop themselves, work together, and be tolerant. Moreover, social organizations also teach conducting activities in a systematic manner on the basis of certain values. The development of a healthy culture is necessary to overcome the intolerance, instability, social degradation, and lack of social values that are seen in human beings.
Social organizations can help tackle these issues by bringing in education and awareness for the well-being of society. To establish oneself as a free-thinking or progressive person one has to work in education, politics, and one’s own personal work as well as take on social responsibility.
On the topic of social organisation Aristotle said that “Pleasure in the job put perfection in the work.” Organizations help to get people out of negativity. The social organization also helps people to get out of frustration and sadness and can create the mentality of cooperating with each other through struggles. Along the way, organizations also create the conditions to enjoy every moment of life.
The Chinese philosopher Confucius has an unforgettable saying that: “He who wished to secure the good of others, has already secured his own.”
When the bond between people is weakened, that is when society is weakened then there are different types of social chaos and undesirable situations are created. That is when an organization like Nandan Foundation can step in to heal all wounds and tighten the bond between individuals in society. The emergence of social and cultural organizations has been going on for a long time. There is no political interest here, but a forum to bring everybody in society together. For centuries, all such regulatory systems have been working as a guide for society. We wish to work with everybody, for everybody, because as the saying goes, “A man who builds a wall instead of a bridge has no right to complain if he is alone.”
